Software is my passion

Hi! I'm Peter and I'm a software developer based in Bulgaria. Software has been my main driving force ever since I first touched Linux back in 2006. Since then I've explored all kinds of programming languages, frameworks, technologies, and operating systems. When I'm not writing software, I'm either learning a new technology, playing a musical instrument, playing video games or board games, driving or fixing cars, or just being outside enjoying nature.

Open source supporter
The open source movement is something I'm proud to be behind. I believe it's the best way to create and distribute software.
Working in the terminal
I've managed to migrate most of my work and workflow in the terminal and I've increased my productivity x10. Using the mouse is a thing I no longer need to think about.
Linux & Unix
The Unix philosophy is something I strive to follow. Do one thing and do it well! And Linux, although straying away from said philosophy, has given me the freedom and power to enjoy and own my hardware.
Music
Whether I'm listening to music or playing an instrument, it is an essential part of my being. It is freedom, emotion, art. I don't trust anyone who says they don't like music.
Board games & puzzles
Wheter it's with friends, with my spouse, or by myself - board games and puzzles are a favorite activity I enjoy doing in my free time.
Video games
Video games have been a part of me since the moment I was born. They are a great way for me to relax, immerse myself in various fantasy worlds and experience art.
Cars & racing
I. Love. Cars. Whether it's working on them or driving them, nothing can beat the experience of a nice car.
Hiking and enjoying nature
I enjoy being surrounded by nature. Hiking, exploring, going on a picnic. It's a type of peace and feeling nothing else can provide.
